Decadent Chocolate Fudge
This fudge here seems to be a consensus that fudge making began on American college campuses during the 1890s. The Webster's Dictionary speculates that the name 'fudge' came from the fact that the students making the candy were doing it in order to "fudge" on their dormitory rules. Now, like toffee, caramel, brittle, divinity, fondant, and pralines; fudge begins with sugar.
I have bought a lot of fudge over the years trying to find one that I like better than the one I make and this is still my favorite. This will come in its own tin ready to give as a gift or to be enjoyed by you and your family or friends
