Growing up in Ireland and having spent years in the kitchen
cooking and baking with my mother and
grandmother, it was an easy
decision for me to attend culinary
school. Exploring farmers markets
and specialty bakeries, reading
cookbooks like novels, has always
been a passion of mine. Since
moving to New England in the
1980’s, I’ve worked in both private
and professional kitchens and
I look forward to bringing this
experience to your home.
